ELECTRICAL VEHICLE
In 2024, MAUS filed a patented solution to address the challenge of lithium car battery fires, showcasing its commitment to innovative safety technologies.
WIND POWER
Overheating, short circuits, incorrect installations, etc., can all be causes of fires in wind turbines. These incidents not only pose significant safety risks but can also lead to costly downtime and damage to critical infrastructure.
ENERGY STORAGE
BESS not installed properly, incorrect wiring, overloading of circuits, or improper ventilation, all of which can cause overheating and thermal runaway.
MACHINES / EQUIPMENT

Get certified through MAUS Academy
In order for you to install the MAUS Stixx PRO- series in someone elses property you need to be certified. In the online training you will learn about the technology, what product to install and how many to install. You will also get access to the important QR codes for each installation.
Stixx Pro Series
The MAUS Stixx PRO series consists of small, compact units installed in any space where a fire could start. It extinguishes fires using a non-toxic and environmentally friendly potassium aerosol that causes no damage to components or stored goods. This award-winning Swedish innovation is installed by companies like Pfizer, the Swedish Armed Forces, and is required by law in the mining industry in Africa.
Ego Blast Series
A portable automatic fire suppression system that requires no demanding installation or modifications to existing infrastructure. Environmentally friendly and non-toxic technology designed for larger spaces, protecting areas from 10m³ up to 500m³. Specifically developed for automatic suppression in sensitive environments such as server rooms, technical rooms, engines, or electrical environments, as the potassium-based aerosol leaves no damaging residue. Activated by heat, smoke, manual activation, or any relay. Customers include the Swedish Armed Forces, Jula, Höganäs Energi, LEM Industries (IT), and more.
Xtin Grand
MAUS XTIN GRAND is the biggest handheld device in the MAUS series.
Grand is designed for larger boats with larger engines where you need
more firefighting power to quickly stop any engine fire. You still won’t
harm the engine, the interior or any electrical equipment as you will fight
the fire with non toxic aerosol that won’t leave any residues.
Granate
The MAUS Granate 150 is a portable fire suppression grenade used by rescue services, police, military, and first responders. The MAUS Granate 150 is a highly effective tool for tackling fires in their early stages, helping to suppress the flames before firefighting efforts begin, and even in fully developed fires.
Xtin Klein Series
The MAUS Xtin series consists of compact, versatile, and innovative fire extinguishers that extinguish fires using a completely non-toxic and environmentally friendly potassium aerosol, which does not damage engines, electrical components, or interiors. Winner of the 2022 Innovation Award in Paris, approved and certified by RINA, BAM, Fiditas, and CE-marked in Sweden.
Dekke
The MAUS Dekke Auto PRO is a large-format car fire blanket designed to extinguish fires in larger objects or protect larger objects from fire. Developed together with Swedish firefighters, the blanket features improvements that enable faster and safer deployment. It is reusable.

The MAUS Stixx PRO is CE marked through Module B certification by BAM (www.bam.de) and Module E certification by Fiditas (www.fiditas.com). Chemicals
"The solid substance in MAUS consists mainly of a potassium compound. Potassium radicals are very active and they interrupt the chemical combustion reactions by neutralizing hydrogen, oxygen and hydroxide radicals in the flame. Due to the fact that aerosols consist of very small particles in a gas, the result is a more effective extinguishing agent than conventional powder. Another important feature of aerosols is that the dropping velocity of the particles decreases with a smaller diameter as the surface becomes large in relation to the mass, which makes the air resistance relatively large in relation to the gravitational force. This results in that particles stay suspended for a longer time and contributes to a longer inerting time and creates a reignition protection. Together, these factors make PGA a very effective extinguishing agent. The extinguishing effect per unit of weight is in the range 3-10 times more efficient than Halon."
