These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply when you, as a consumer (“You”), place an order via www.maussafety.com and related pages (the “Website”).
These Terms constitute an agreement between you and MAUS Sweden AB, reg. no. 559036-1472, Sockerbruksgatan 20, 531 40 Lidköping, Sweden (“Falkenheim Invest”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
These Terms apply only to consumers making purchases through the Website. Please read the Terms carefully before using the Website. By purchasing from and using this Website, you agree to these Terms.
To place an order on the Website, you must be at least 18 years old. According to Swedish law, Falkenheim Invest does not accept credit purchases from persons under 18 years of age. We reserve the right, in individual cases, to refuse or modify your order (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal details or have outstanding payment issues).
Falkenheim Invest reserves the right for stock shortages and potential image or text errors on the Website, such as errors in product descriptions, technical specifications, incorrect prices, or inaccurate information regarding stock availability. We have the right to correct such errors and update the information at any time.
If an incorrect price has been listed for an item you have ordered, we will inform you and await your approval of the corrected price before processing the order.
All image content on the Website is for illustration purposes only and cannot guarantee the exact appearance, features, or origin of a product.
The Website and all its content are owned by Falkenheim Invest or its licensors. The material is protected by intellectual property and marketing laws. This means that trademarks, trade names, product names, images, graphics, design, layout, and information about products and services may not be copied or used without prior written permission from Falkenheim Invest.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you make a purchase on our Website, we will store certain personal information to enable your order to be processed. You have the right to request access to your data, and if any information is incorrect, you may request correction or deletion.

PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT
When we receive your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. It is important that you provide correct information when placing an order. We recommend saving your confirmation for future contact with customer service. The confirmation also serves as proof of purchase.
You can choose to pay by debit card, credit card, or invoice. Falkenheim Invest reserves the right to charge payment at the time of order unless invoice payment or another method has been selected and approved.
For invoice or installment payments, a credit check may be conducted by our payment partner. You will be notified if such a check takes place. Falkenheim Invest reserves the right to limit available payment options depending on circumstances.
Invoice payments are handled by Klarna and are available to customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
All card transactions are processed securely by PayPal or Klarna. Falkenheim Invest does not store or handle any bank or card details.
We may offer promotions with more favorable conditions than those stated in these Terms, such as discounts or extended return rights. Such offers are valid only for the specified duration and for the products included in the campaign. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw campaigns at any time.
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION
Items in stock are normally delivered within the number of business days specified on the Website, unless otherwise agreed (for example, when ordering out-of-stock items).
You have the right to cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped.
If delivery is unusually delayed and you wish to cancel the purchase, you must notify us. If the shipment has already been sent, you are required to receive the delivery. A cancellation is not valid until confirmed by Falkenheim Invest.
If a product is discontinued, Falkenheim Invest reserves the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund. We will inform you if a replacement product is available.
Our liability for delivery errors is limited according to applicable shipping terms and these Terms. Falkenheim Invest’s total liability for any loss or damage in connection with your order is limited to the total purchase amount. We are not liable for indirect losses.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You have the right to exchange any product purchased directly from our Website within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be in the same new condition as when received, including original packaging, intact labels, and protective seals.
A product can only be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, you must return the original and place a new order after refund.
Products must be returned to our warehouse; exchanges cannot be made in local stores. Please note that you may need to pay return shipping costs, but Falkenheim Invest covers the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods. We refund all items that are unused and substantially unchanged. Refunds are processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or proof of return is provided.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.
If you paid by invoice, note that the 14-day payment period starts when your order is shipped. You remain liable for payment during the return or exchange process.
WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
Falkenheim Invest provides a 5-year warranty from the production date for MAUS Xtin Klein and MAUS Xtin Grand, and a 3-year warranty from the purchase date for MAUS Dekke, Nozzle Klein, and Holster Klein. If Nozzle Klein is used, it is not covered by warranty.
The EGO series also carries a 3-year warranty from the purchase date.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality issues only. To submit a warranty claim, contact customer service.
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
• Loss, theft, fire, or water damage
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs/modifications
• Normal wear and tear (e.g. minor scratches, worn leather, paint peeling)
• Failure to follow storage instructions
Always inspect your product upon delivery. If your product has been damaged during transport, report this to the carrier immediately.
If you discover damage or defects after receiving your item, contact us within 30 days.
All complaints should be sent to info@maussafety.com or by phone to +46 (0)8-12 00 51 30.
Include your order number and reason for the complaint. Products should be returned carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
If a dispute arises between you and Falkenheim Invest that cannot be resolved, you may file a complaint with the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Our Website may include user-generated content from social media or other platforms. Falkenheim Invest AB takes no legal responsibility for such material.

OWNERSHIP
All products remain the property of Falkenheim Invest AB until full payment has been received.
All attempted fraud will be reported to the police. Falkenheim Invest AB reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of war, civil unrest, government action, strike, lockout, natural disaster, or similar event beyond our control — including technical issues, communication failures, or supplier delays — Falkenheim Invest shall be exempt from liability for damages or delays.
We will, however, make reasonable efforts to inform you of such circumstances.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes shall be settled in Swedish courts, except where Falkenheim Invest chooses to take legal action in the customer’s country of residence.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Falkenheim Invest AB reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. All changes will be published on the Website.
Amendments take effect once you accept the Terms (for example, through a new purchase) or 30 days after notification.
We recommend visiting this page regularly to stay informed about any updates.
INVALIDITY
If a competent court or authority finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid to the extent permitted by law.
Invalid clauses will be replaced by applicable legal guidance and interpretation.
